Livelli was created in the summer of 2016.
Manager Stijn Leys has been looking for a catering concept since 2015
in which culinary added value, price / quality and craftsmanship are priority.
Through a banal telephone conversation between a friend & Stijn
the idea arose to upgrade lasagna..
Livelli, Italian for layers or levels, was born!
Livelli loves handmade: managers Stijn & Luc Leys choose to make as much artisanal as possible ... From furniture, walls & doors to even limoncello & lasagne sheets with home-ground flour!
You can come to Livelli for a delicious Lunch or Dinner. You can also rent Livelli for private events (7 days a week).

We start by grinding specially selected grain into flour.
We fill our pasta mixer with all that fresh flour, eggs, oil and a little water.
40 minutes later the fresh lasagne sheets flow out of the machine!
We carefully weigh our herbs and quantities of ingredients to be able to make delicious sauce everytime.
The lasagne sheets are cut to the size of the baking dish and topped with delicious sauce and cheese.
given our small capacity, we are forced to request an advance of 10 euros per person in the weekends (cancels are accepted untill 17h the day of reservation)
